Stage DescriptionThe financial support scheme for GIFT farm demonstration was gradually withdrawn to promote market driven GIFT production by the farmers. Availability of GIFT seed from the Multiplication Center and Hatchery Unit at the local level for farmers who wish to start up tilapia farming. 257 farmers adopted GIFT in 2021.
