Stage DescriptionA study in four districts of Zambia explored the fortification of cassava leaves with readily available legumes. Street interviews in Mozambique confirmed that sweetpotato is widely known mainly via informal channels adoption is associated with improved physical appearance and self-fulfillment. Actual product choice randomly selected bread buyers were in Kenya.
