Innovation Title | Banana Paper Fiber for Seed Protection in Kenya |
Innovation description | Banana paper fiber provides effective protection of seed against damage by nematode pests. This has been proven to work for Potato Cyst Nematodes (PCN) in potato and in 2021 will be tested for nematode control in cassava, sweet potato, and yam seeds. |
