Innovation Title | Cold chain: mitigating post-harvest fish losses through a modern transport system and cold chain in Bangladesh |
Innovation description | Post-harvest fish losses are a major concern in the fish distribution chain in Bangladesh. A new cold chain model has been developed in Bangladesh which makes the fish supply chain much safer through the use of a refrigerated van to store and transport fish over a long distance and the use of a manual wheeled van. which could carry the fish a shorter distance. |
