  Activity/Product Description
    
(1) Progressive and steady adoption of conservation agriculture technology packages by small barley producers. (2) Drip irrigation technology package is set and conditions of its use is established to meet expectations of small barley growers of the drylands where water scarcity necessitates maximum efficiency in its use to secure optimal production, especially for quality barley seed. (3) Climate resilant technology will be evolved to harvest better yields. (4) Enhanced knowledge of farmers for cultivation of barley to harvest higher yields. Improved productivity from sustainable crop management options with specific pertinence to conservation agriculture (zero tillage), weed management and drip irriation in target production areas.
