Characterize the agricultural systems (from a biophysical and socio-economic point of view) to describe an quantify the opportunities present and to serve as a data base in order to evaluate the potential (ex ante) and actual (ex post) impact of the different technologies tested at household level (this HH survey has been administered at all DS field + control sites in WASDS region except the 2 sites of Mahon/Sayaga in Burkina Faso)
