1. Understand the spatial variability of crop yield and parameters associated with trees presence and density in semi-arid agro-ecosystem 2- Assess factors influencing farmers' decisions to grow multipurpose trees and extent to which multipurpose trees provide the functions and characteristics desired by farmers; 3- Sensitize and provide appropriate training on FMNR and tree domestication management
