  Description
    
The PMU has created an additional flagship program named overarching program for 2015 POWB. This will include the following disciplines at program level (Gender & Youth, Communication, Geoinformatics, Data Management and IP, Capacity Development, System Research and one allocation for competitive funds). The use of the this budget will be under the Director’s domain and will be allocated to the most performing staff within ICARDA and/or other CRP-DS Partner Centers based on a clear completion to promote leadership.
