Determine the effect of environment on the nutrient content of nutrient dense varieties. Nutrient dense varieties of finger millet is the most cost effective and healthy way of controlling malnutrition among the rural poor communities in east Africa, where it is a staple crop. However literature has it that nutrient content of crops is usually affected by environment. The aim of the activity is to find how environment affects finger millet grain nutrient content
