Research and evidence-based advocacy actions for adapting and implementing (1) protocols for seed quality control, such as QDPM, to be used at national or regional levels to complement regulations of formal seed standards; (2) affordable disease diagnostic techniques; and (3) risk studies monitoring the introduction of new pests and diseases.
